Founder
Ashley Lerner founded Mission Ready TTX after more than 15 years of service in homeland security, emergency management, and the U.S. military. Throughout her career, she has worked across federal, state, and regional environments designing and facilitating exercises that strengthen coordination, clarify roles, and uncover gaps before real-world consequences occur.
As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and former Regional Training and Exercise Coordinator with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Ashley has facilitated supported complex, multi-stakeholder preparedness initiatives involving critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and interagency response. She believes preparedness should be practical, realistic, and rooted in mission clarity—not just paperwork.
